About Me
- Name: happyspider
- Location: Australian Capital Territory, Australia
I'm just your typical aussie girl, except I can't surf, hate beer and think meat pies should be buried. I knit like a madwoman and seem to be getting the hang of it along the way. I finally found some knitting soul-sisters and want to marry them all in a bizarre cult-esque ceremony. I have also been sewing my own clothes since my early teens and am trying to eradicate the need to stand in change rooms completely. In my spare time i'm a brand new High School English teacher and I LOVE IT. Oh, and I just got married.

yarn that makes itself go 'stripe!'?
living up to all the hype
plum and orange, green and gold
makes me think that we should hold
a foot related pride parade-y
for a supremely socksy leggy lady

Those are GREAT! If I had some of those in a knee high, I'd be wearing them with roller skates.
